| This Appraisal Company was established in 1991 as an extension of the continuous appraisal experience of Mr. Gill dating to 1981. Mr. Gill has been a life long resident of Lake County and as such has a background of historical knowledge regarding the ever-changing economic base and quality of living found here in the Central Florida areas.
Mr. Gill’s background includes past employment with the Lake County Property Appraiser’s office, and training in the Mass Appraisal technique. In 1988 Mr. Gill was added to the original Fee Panel of FHA appraisers for the Central Florida areas, and has continued as an approved appraiser on the FHA roster.Additionally, Mr. Gill is one of two Dept. Veteran Affairs appraisers for the Lake County areas, performing VA appraisals since 1992.
Mr. Gill is also a Florida Real Estate Broker and a member of the Greater Lake County Association of Realtors.
